Victorious Conversations, LLC is not just a business—it's a transformative movement dedicated to healing, empowerment, cultural connection, and engaging in conversations that ignite change. I, Carmen Cotto Santiago, survived childhood trauma, endured difficult relationships, rebuilt my life, wrote a book, and now help other women find their voice.
As a Puerto Rican woman navigating the complexities of La Diáspora, Carmen intimately understands the emotional journey of balancing two worlds while carrying the weight of generational stories, cultural identity, and family expectations. Victorious Conversations emerges from the powerful belief that authentic dialogue can spark meaningful change, restore hope, strengthen communities, and enhance emotional wellness.

Carmen Cotto Santiago, a Puerto Rican author, speaker, educator, advocate, and survivor of childhood sexual abuse, created Victorious Conversations to break the silence, inspire healing, and create courageous spaces where authentic conversations can transform lives.
Born and raised in Connecticut with deep Puerto Rican roots, Carmen’s journey has been profoundly shaped by the realities of La Diáspora — navigating identity, culture, faith, pain, resilience, and healing between Puerto Rico and the United States. Through her lived experiences, she understands the emotional weight many women, families, and communities carry while trying to find their voice, purpose, and path toward healing.
With more than 35 years of experience in education, social services, community engagement, and advocacy, Carmen has dedicated her life to empowering others through healing-centered dialogue, storytelling, education, and culturally responsive programs that honor both individual and collective experiences.
Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a minor in Elementary Education from Springfield College and a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership from Albertus Magnus College.
She is also the author of Victorious…My Conversations with God, a powerful memoir of faith, survival, emotional healing, resilience, and spiritual transformation. Through honest reflection and courageous storytelling, Carmen inspires others to reclaim their voice, embrace their healing journey, and rediscover strength, purpose, and hope.
Through Victorious Conversations, LLC, Carmen leads transformational workshops, speaking engagements, support groups, and community conversations in English, Spanish, and Spanglish throughout Puerto Rico and the United States. Her work creates safe spaces where healing begins, connections flourish, voices are empowered, and transformation becomes possible.

You poured your whole soul into this book, and I commend your courage in sharing your traumatic experiences. I am glad that through writing, you were able to heal yourself and regain your voice. There are so many people out there who have faced similar experiences of child sexual abuse and may find the courage to confront their demons because of your work. Your book will serve as a tool for many to liberate themselves from the trauma that has held them captive for too long.
